We will be in touch shortly afterwards to confirm your booking, and to arrange payment. We can now accept online card payments via Stripe. Just follow the prompt when booking.
A note about Stripe (credit card payments)... If you choose to pay using this method, 50% deposit is initially taken from your payment card. I will then request the remaining payment 4 weeks before the start of your reservation. You do not need to take any further action, the balance of payment +£100 refundable good housekeeping deposit, will be taken from your payment card automatically. I never request your balance payment without checking with you first, and receiving confirmation from you, that you are happy to proceed with payment.

Prices effective from January 2017
High Season: June-August: £1100 per week
Mid and Low Season: September-May: £775 per week
Mid and Low Season Short Stays, minimum 3 nights: £140 per night
High Season Short Stays, minimum 3 nights: £170 per night
Christmas and New Year weeks: £1100 per week, festive luxuries included!
When a reservation is agreed, a deposit of 50% of the cost of hire will secure your booking. The balance of the agreed rate, (as well as a £100 refundable good house keeping deposit) will be due 4 weeks before your stay.
For short notice bookings, less than 4 weeks in advance of your visit, payment will be due, in full, no more than 72 hours after making your booking. If these arrangements do not suit your circumstances, please do get in touch with us.
An additional good housekeeping deposit of £100 will also be required together with your final payment. This will be returned to you within one week of your stay.
Your housekeeping deposit will only be retained in the event of an unreasonable amount of damage, vandalism, or negligence by the occupier, requiring extensive repair, or an exceptional amount of cleaning.
With regret, we cannot accept pets at Ad Astra.
Lets can be negotiated starting on any day of the week, and shorter stays, minimum 3 nights, are available.
Entry to the house is at 4pm, we kindly ask that visitors vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure, to allow cleaning of the house between guests.
Details of keys and directions to the house will be emailed to you, following full payment.
